Introduction

Welcome to Bright Rising Stars, a tutoring company that provides group tutoring services for children online. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services

Our services include group tutoring in various subjects for children, provided online via video conferencing platforms. We reserve the right to make changes to our services at any time.

Payments

Payments for our services must be made in advance, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. We accept various methods of payment, including debit and credit card, bank transfer and cash. We reserve the right to change our payment policies at any time.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a client wishes to cancel a lesson, they must provide at least 24 hours notice. If a client cancels a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, they will be charged for the full lesson. If a client cancels a package of lessons, they will be refunded for any unused lessons. If a client is not satisfied with our services, they may request a refund within 7 days of their last lesson.

Liability

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including technical issues or connectivity problems with the video conferencing platform.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
